How will I get paid for my participation?
We offer incentives via PayPal but can accommodate an Amazon Gift Card or Personal Check upon special request. Payment is always processed within ten days for Online research and within three days for In-Person research.

Why do you need personal information about me?
We use that information to sort potential candidates to participate in the research. All studies have various requirements and quotas based on age, gender, household income, and even specific product usage. We use this data to help guide our initial search to avoid bombarding your inbox with studies that you may not pre-qualify for.
Do you sell my information?
No, we keep your information confidential. Our clients are only allowed to use your data for the specific purpose for which it was collected.
What are the different ways I can participate?
There are a variety of ways you can participate with the majority having a professional moderator leading the discussion.
- Focus Groups Online or In-Person: This type of study consists of participants who are led through specific discussions by a moderator and can range in size between 3 – 15 people. And sometimes we will conduct one-one sessions with individual participants. These discussions may be conducted remotely, using your desktop or laptop and webcam, or in one of our focus group facilities across the country.
- Online bulletin boards: Online bulletin boards are private community platforms where you and other participants can post responses and participate in activities and exercises. Researchers will view and respond to posts and pose questions in the forum space.
- In-depth interview in real life environment: An in-depth research interview, with the observer physically present, with the research experience to be completed in real-life environments, such as out shopping, eating at a restaurant or even at home.
All participation in any of the above will require you to be pre-screened, qualified, and invited to participate by our recruiting specialists prior to participation and receipt of compensation.
What are you trying to sell me?
